Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to service issues. The estimated delivery timeframes will also be provided at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing Your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ArtExpoHQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
ArtExpoHQ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact Us and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials (including pictures) and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ArtExpoHQ is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
International Shipment Delays

Print-On-Demand Specific Policies
Production Times
As a print-on-demand business, each product is made to order. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for production on top of the standard shipping times.
Multiple Shipments
If Your Order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite the process. You will receive separate shipment confirmation emails for each package.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If You receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Us with details and photos of the damage, and We will arrange a replacement or refund.
